Me and my tiny bump...

Girl friend -- you are NOT at all as big as I had thought you'd actually be! I was a ginormous cow...you wear it well!

Hee! Too cute. The more pressing question, at least for me...where did all your hair go? Nevermind that you can't see your feets now! :-)

Thank you, Christhehusband, for taking the pictures. I'm sure the overhead shot was a fun one.

OMG! Am I really that bad of a friend? I got my hair cut to a cute little chin-length bob on April 27, 2006. How do I know the date? Because it was the Thursday after the wedding. I also went on this wild spree when I started my new job in July and decided to dye my hair blue. Of course, the blue washed out, so I've still got these random blonde streaks in my hair. I didn't touch them up, either, so it's more punk rock than it was before. I'm actually kind of digging it now.

Chris took the first 2 pictures; I took the one looking down. You can see my linea nigra in that shot - I'm thankful that it's at least symmetrical. Some women who get the line don't get it right down the middle and it looks like one side of the belly is larger than the other.

I wish my pregnant tummy had been that cute! (You really aren't that big at all!)

Awww! There's just something so beautiful about pregnant women. However... I did not feel a bit beautiful while pregnant. Swollen feet just don't help me feel pretty. You look great in the photos.
Thank you! I'm having issues with the whole feeling beautiful thing. Every now and then I'll catch myself in the mirror and realize I really don't look that terrible, but then I'll take a nap and wake up and see myself and want to crawl under a rock to hide.

I'm really hoping everything stays up front like it has so far. The amazing thing is that when we went in for our anatomical survey the doctor and the technician both said he's larger than average. Funny, I thought, I don't feel larger than average. But as my maternity jeans are really starting to stretch in the front, I know he's only going to get bigger.

Hopefully he'll pull whatever he needs to build his fat stores from my thighs and my butt!
